“Triangle of Life” Rebuttal - Attached is the article of rebuttal concerning Doug Kopp's recently resurfacing “Triangle of Life” approach to behavior when an earthquake hits. In a nutshell – Mr. Kopp advises that people experiencing an earthquake use a radically different action from the “Drop and Cover” action we have been taught. The rebuttal reminds us that we live in the United States where building codes are significantly different from those in third-world countries.
